Research Triangle Park, N.C. - Triangle Transit Authority (TTA) has announced two new park-and-ride lots in the region.
“We are continuing our pledge to improve services for our riders,” said John Tallmadge, TTA’s director of commuter resources. “These additions will continue to make public transit attractive and convenient.”
From Downtown Durham
Riders can leave their cars parked in the lot at West Village, across from the TTA stop at Morgan Street at the DATA Terminal. Riders hopping on Route 402 can be at the Varsity Theater in 33 minutes or at UNC Hospital in 41 minutes. A parking permit will be needed to use this location.
