1. When can I purchase my pass online?
You can purchase your pass anytime, 24 hours a day...7 days a week!
2. What type of credit card can I use?
You can buy your pass online with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card.
3. Can I use my debit card?
As long as your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, then you can use it to purchase your pass.
4. Is there a shipping & handling charge?
Yes. TTA charges a $1.00 shipping and handling fee per transaction.
5. When will I receive my pass?
TTA will mail your pass within 1 business day of your purchase. If you never receive a pass or passes that you purchased online, then please call 919-485-RIDE (7433) or send an email to CustomerService@rideTTA.org.
Please Note: If you purchase your pass(es) using an eCheck, then TTA will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
6. Why does TTA not sell Elderly & Disabled discounted passes online?
TTA intends to begin selling the Elderly & Disabled (E&D) discounted passes online soon. We are currently developing a procedure to validate all E&D passes that are purchased online.

8. What is TTA's refund policy?
All pass sales are final and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced.
